Fordham University set out to the launch a Real Estate Institute (REI) at Lincoln Center offering professional certificate programs. The University wanted to create a buzz around this unique program and drive enrollment.

Co-Communications constructed a strategic PR campaign inclusive of regional, local and trade media outreach, as well as speaking engagements and strategic introductions, to raise awareness of the REI at Lincoln Center with key stakeholders including industry partners and students.
Clear RESULTS
- Co-Communications efforts generated more than 10 million media impressions during the first four months of the partnership, and have garnered 40.1 million impressions to date. We secured numerous placements with target media including The Real Deal, GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Weekly and New York Real Estate Journal, amongst others. The first three pages of Google are populated with content distributed and secured by Co-Communications.
- In addition, we handled strategic introductions for the Real Estate Institute with industry partners such as SMPS, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and The Real Deal, placed administrators on industry panels and helped form an Executive Advisory Council.
- As a result of the marketing effort, graduate program enrollment increased more than 300% after just three months of PR. Further, the REI exceeded their enrollment goal for the first and second enrollment period by 20%.
