With multiple Fairfield County suburbs boasting high-quality schools and easy access to New York City, we needed to differentiate New Canaan from its competition. Through interviews with recent New Canaan homebuyers, we uncovered the key values that led buyers to New Canaan and used those as the core message points of our campaign. We also used buyer zip codes tracked by the New Canaan Board of Realtors to help prioritize geographic targets for the campaign.
